The signing ceremony was attended by South Sudan’s Foreign Minister, Hon. Ambassador Monday Semaya K. Kumba, and Liberia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sara Beysolow Nyanti.

Officials from both countries described the accords as a significant step forward in bilateral relations, marking what they termed a new chapter in South Sudan–Liberia ties.

The agreements are expected to facilitate closer collaboration in diplomatic affairs, promote structured political dialogue, and ease travel restrictions for government officials, thereby enhancing state-to-state engagement.

Both governments reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation and building a durable partnership in areas of mutual interest.
