Temple of Justice – Bill Jallah, convicted of killing his girlfriend, Princess Zuo, has been sentenced to life imprisonment by Criminal Court “B.” Judge Wesseh A. Wesseh presided over the pre-sentencing hearing and the sentencing on Monday, September 22, 2025.
Jallah, who was convicted in December 2024, fatally stabbed Princess Zuo at an entertainment center on DuPort Road.
Early in the trial, Jallah had entered into a plea agreement aimed at reducing his potential sentence.
However, Judge Wesseh rejected the plea arrangement, citing the severity of the crime, and allowed the trial to proceed.
During the hearing, prosecutors presented multiple witnesses who confirmed Jallah’s deliberate actions.
After reviewing testimonies and evidence, the Court determined that the killing was intentional and premeditated.
Judge Wesseh emphasized that entering a plea agreement does not guarantee a reduced sentence, noting that murder is a first-degree felony punishable by life imprisonment.
The Judge also instructed the court clerk to notify the Superintendent so that the sentence can be carried out.
Meanwhile, the mother of the deceased, Maweydeh Wesseh, praised the Court’s ruling, stating that Jallah has paid for the crime he committed against her daughter.
