The total value of the donations, covering purchase, storage, and shipment costs, exceeds ten thousand United States dollars.

Ms. Nimspon stated that one of VANCO’s initiatives is to provide healthcare services and education to children, youth, and the elderly in Liberia.

She acknowledged that shipping the medical supplies was costly but praised the organization’s partners for covering the expenses, ensuring delivery to Liberia.

“This initiative aims to support and enhance the quality of healthcare services in rural Liberia,” she said, adding that Rally Time Hospital is currently the only facility in rural Liberia receiving essential medical supplies through VANCO’s programs.

She encouraged hospital administrators to identify areas of need to facilitate effective interventions and stressed that the supplies should be used strictly for their intended purpose to deliver basic health services to the people of Grand Kru.

A native of Grand Kru now based in the United States, Ms. Nimspon said it is always inspiring to give back to her country and improve institutional services.

She highlighted other VANCO projects, including a library in River Gee and computer laboratories in Bomi, Grand Kru, and Lofa Counties. Currently, forty-one schools are benefiting from VANCO’s library initiative, reaching nearly twelve thousand students.

Nimspon also announced plans to establish a computer lab with active internet services for the Grand Cess community.

Ms. Nimspon further urged national and international organizations, as well as Liberian citizens, to support VANCO’s initiatives with both material and financial contributions aimed at uplifting underserved communities.

On behalf of the Rally Time Hospital administration, Thomas Jugeh, Assistant Nursing Director, expressed gratitude to Ms. Nimspon and her team for the donation, noting that it will significantly enhance the quality of health services for patients in the county.

He also called on other well-meaning citizens and organizations to support the hospital, affirming the government’s commitment to improving services at public healthcare facilities across Liberia.
