The donation includes an executive desk, executive chair, standard office desk, visitors’ chairs, a semi-executive desk, a semi-executive chair, and an air conditioner.

According to the Foundation, the items are intended to enhance the Section’s working environment and improve its capacity to provide quality support to victims.

Presenting the items, GPFA Administrative Director Meliva O. Bright said the donation reflects the Foundation’s commitment to supporting institutions that promote justice, peace, and the protection of the rights of women, children, and other vulnerable members of society.

She noted that the contribution also demonstrates the Foundation’s continued partnership with the Liberia National Police in advancing a safer and more inclusive society.

Receiving the donation on behalf of Inspector General of Police Gregory O. W. Coleman, Deputy Inspector General for Administration William K. Mulbah thanked the Foundation for what he described as a timely and meaningful intervention.

Mulbah said the furniture and equipment will significantly improve the operational efficiency and working conditions of the Gender Affairs Section, enabling officers to better serve the public.

He also encouraged other philanthropists, corporate institutions, and development partners to follow the Foundation’s example by supporting the Liberia National Police in its efforts to provide professional, responsive, and people-centered policing services across the country.
